RWA Tracked Capital · Data product · as of Aug 13, 2026
The tokenized RWA capital OCB tracks.
Total tracked tokenized-RWA supply, sliced by asset class, chain, and issuer — a factual, un-graded measurement. No rubric, no threshold, no opinion: just what OCB observes across every covered treasury, commodity, private-credit, and equities instrument.
OCB tracks $23.39B of tokenized RWA across 1007 instruments on 18 chains. 94% is treasury and gold, and a handful of issuers — the top three — hold 39% of it. This is a bounded measurement perimeter, the denominator for the RWA Quality index’s Verified-Capital ratio, not market TVL.
This $23.39B is the RWA-only slice. The larger Total Capital Under Measurement shown on Ratings additionally counts stablecoins and watchlist instruments — the two figures measure different universes, so neither contradicts the other.

Where the tracked capital sits. Treasury and commodity instruments make up the bulk of coverage today; private credit and equities are tracked but much smaller in absolute size.

Supply by chain
Supply is collected across 18 chains. Ethereum leads because the largest treasury and commodity issuers deployed there first, while Stellar, Solana, and others carry meaningful portions of multi-chain instruments.

Supply by issuer
The tracked universe is issuer-concentrated: the top three issuers account for 39.4% of total tracked supply. This mirrors the tokenized RWA market — a small number of large institutional issuers hold most outstanding supply.

What OCB does not track
Tracked supply is not a market-level number. The universe is defined by the instruments OCB has independently verified contracts, chains, and issuers for. A large portion of the tokenized RWA market sits outside this perimeter.
Market context
Tracked supply of $23.4B is narrower than aggregate market trackers by design — it counts only the instruments inside the coverage perimeter. The difference is not error; it reflects a deliberate scope, detailed below.
Outside the perimeter today
- · Stablecoins (separate Stablecoin Quality product)
- · Real estate and infrastructure tokens
- · Private equity and venture tokenizations
- · Carbon credits and environmental assets
- · Instruments on chains not yet in the pipeline
- · Watchlist instruments pending methodology sign-off
Inclusion criteria
- · Onchain contract independently verified
- · Issuer operationally active at time of inclusion
- · Chain supported in the pipeline (18 chains today)
- · Asset class has a published OCB methodology
- · Supply data collectable from the chain directly
The Verified Capital ratio published on the RWA Quality index page uses this tracked supply as its denominator — not market-level TVL. That is intentional: the ratio measures verification quality within the covered universe. Coverage expands as new instruments are verified and new chains are added to the pipeline.
